In 2020, the world changed.  Up to that point, 99% of our work involved being in rooms with others.  We then had to pivot sharply and offer courses online in response to the pandemic.

We prefer working face to face but recognise that this is not always practical or possible

We work virtually with Nike, Dyson, Vodafone, Browns Fashion, Newsprinters, EBRD, Sanger, AHE, Blexr, Christies, Keyloop, GW Pharmaceutical, Astra Zeneca, USS and Blue Cross. The programs have included Senior Leadership Development Programs, Management Skills, Rising Stars Development, Difficult Conversations, Coaching, Virtual Presenting, and readying people for handling exit conversations.

We can deliver energised, focussed, interactive and playful sessions online. This also works well as a supplement to in-person courses; for example, coaching individuals virtually after a live session with a whole team.
